This film is a contemplation of the Podilskyi bridge in Kyiv, under construction since 1993. The locals try to use it for its intended purpose — as a means of transportation between the two banks of the Dnipro — which is often a risky business. Extreme sport lovers fancy the bridge as well. Meanwhile, the local authorities use the unfinished bridge for their own purposes.
