This year 86 introduces the ticket system.
Prepaid events: screenings and concerts (except marked as free of charge), parties, and special events.
Free events: audio tours, children’s programme, the opening concert, discussions and theatre performance.
The screenings will be held daily from April, 29th till May 02nd from 12:00 to 22:00.
INTIMACY PASS
The Intimacy Pass provides access to all of the screenings and special events. The cost of the pass also includes free admission to one of the festival parties of your choice. Admission to other festival parties will be charged at the entrance to the music bar. Intimacy Passes are already available. The price for the Intimacy Pass is 350 UAH.
You will receive a confirmation of your purchase to your email after you’ll make the payment. You will receive your Festival badge and a ticket to the party every day from the 28th of April at the accreditation table.
A valid ID (passport, driving license) is mandatory conditions from receiving your Intimacy Pass correspondingly. The data in the document has to match the data you have entered at purchase.
TICKETS
You can buy individual tickets for the screenings at the Festival box offices or online (soon the link for the purchase of individual tickets for the films will be available in the Program section of the site).
The Online Tickets must be exchanged for the paper tickets in the box offices of the Festival by scanning the QR-code of the ticket.
The price of a ticket for one screening is 35 UAH.
The price of a ticket for an evening screening with guests is 45 UAH.
The price for a party admittance should be checked at the entrance to the music bar.
GAUDEAMUS PASS
Gaudeamus Passes provide access to all of the screenings and special events of the festival. The cost of the pass also includes free admission to one of the festival parties of your choice. Admission to other festival parties will be charged at the entrance to the music bar. Gaudeamus Passes are already available. The price is 250 UAH.
When buying a Student (Gaudeamus) Pass the number of the student ID is mandatory. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase to your email after you’ll make the payment. You will receive your Festival badge and a ticket to the party every day from the 28th of April at the accreditation table.
A valid student ID are mandatory conditions from receiving your Gaudeamus Pass correspondingly. The data in the document has to match the data you have entered at purchase. Student ID has to be valid at the time of purchase.
THE WHITE ANGEL PASS
Тhe residents of Slavutych can benefit the special option — the All-Included Pass to all of the events of the Festival will cost you 86 UAH.
The White Angel Pass can only be bought in the box offices of the Slavutych Film and Concert Complex on weekdays from 15:00 to 19:00.
You can buy the subscriptions only if you live or work in Slavutych, in this case, please, be ready to show the document certifying that. The subscription, purchased at the box office, must be exchanged for a bracelet from 28 April to 2 May.
DISCOUNTS
Pensioners, veterans and participants of the ATO, the citizens affected by the Chernobyl catastrophe, the participants of the liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophe of I and II levels have the opportunity to visit all of the events of the Festival free of charge. To do this, from 28th of April till 2nd of May you need to receive your Festival bracelet at the box office by showing the corresponding document.
FESTIVAL 86 SCREENING ATTENDANCE RULES
Please read the Rules of The Festival Screenings Visiting carefully before making the purchase. Buying the Pass you confirm your compliance with all of the conditions applicable to the festival screenings.
You can only get one ticket for the session with one subscription pass. You can not have tickets for the parallel sessions. One can have the tickets for the session on the day of the session or in a day before, but not earlier. The subscription pass does not guarantee the availability of tickets for the screening.
One ticket is valid for one person during a single session. The ticket allows you to take any free seat in the hall except for the seats reserved by the Festival.
As the preferential categories of viewers get their seats 5 minutes before the start of the session, so if you have the Early Bird, Intimacy, or Gaudeamus Pass or tickets for certain festival sessions, we recommend you to come in advance.
The bracelet provides the free entry to all chargeable events of the Festival without tickets if the seats are available, however, the bracelet does not guarantee seats. For the holders of the White Angel and Solidarity Passes, the entrance to the screening hall is available not earlier than 5 minutes before the start of the session.
The screenings and discussions will be held in English and Ukrainian with simultaneous translation. We arte currently testing the new translation system and kindly ask you to take your headphones and mobile devices with working FM-radio with you for the screenings.
